Who We Are
We’re Rick and Laura. Husband and wife.
We run The Chilli Project ourselves, from our kitchen to your cupboard.
Every batch is cooked, bottled, labelled and packed by us.
Most days, you’ll find us surrounded by chillies, jars and a todo list, while one of the boys finishes their homework complaining of the strong smell of garlic.
This isn’t just a business. It’s our family project.
