Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@chilliproject.co.uk with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

• A short note on what’s wrong

We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund, your choice.

Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem.
We accept returns on unopened sauces within 14 days of delivery. You’ll need to:

• Cover the return postage

• Make sure the product is in its original condition

Once it gets back to us, we’ll refund you.
