Hotfox Chilli Sauce

Sweet and onion-forward, yet with one hell of a chilli kick, the light, golden honey add apples do little to quell the flame of this Hot Fox but they sure do complement its strong red naga and Carolina reaper undertones.

 

Deep yet gentle flavours which may well surprise you, given the peppers' intensity. Use this sauce over chicken, wraps and stir-frys, mix it into your sweet and sour or add it to anything that needs a touch of sweet chilli and a torrent of heat.

 

It may be a wild one but I think you're going to love it!
