Duck Sauce

Smooth, rich, and downright addictive, our Duck Sauce delivers the perfect balance of sweet and heat. Built around juicy red plums, it brings a luxurious depth and tangy bite that instantly elevates any meal.

Tropical to the core, there's a good heat to our habanero Bongo sauce but the focus remains on its peppery pineapple flavour.

 

A bold and tangy taste that's fantastic over white fish, prawns, shrimp and stir-fry. Yet throw it over tacos or enchiladas and its smooth and seductive mango undertones come out of hiding to complement the salsa most superbly. And the two fruit, together with its fire, make an amazing pineapple chicken.

Birdy Verde Chilli Sauce
A Mexican Jalapeno, Birdseye and Lime Chilli Sauce with Tomatillo & Poblano. A beautifully fresh and zingy sauce, our own take on a Salsa Verde.This sauce is packed with quality green ingredients and is certain to liven up your taste buds with its fresh mouthfeel. This sauce can be used on nachos, tacos, chips, salads and wraps. But can also be used as a base to make your own Chilli Verde.

 

Grizzly Garlic Chilli Sauce

Dark, rich and caramelised are the three words which best describe our Grizzly Garlic. A sweet, umami-laden blend of slow-cooked onions, garlic and ginger, with a subtle, velvety undercurrent of red wine vinegar. Truly indulgent, with just the tiniest touch of fresh zing left behind to enhance the feel of its rather manageable heat.

 

This one's burn is far milder than its naga chilli might suggest but still enough to add a pleasant punch to anything that you might put it on or in.
